We will refund any purchase that is returned unopened and unused within 14 days. The customer will have to ship the item back to Perfect Hair.
We will refund the purchase price for returned items. Our customer will then need to re-order for an exchange. We can not ship an exchanged item for free. We can ship a new order at no cost to the customer.
We try to cover the cost of shipping. We may charge shipping for small orders. When brushes are bought individually, we have to charge shipping. Effective September '20, all aerosol shipments will be in UPS Ground Service resulting in a charge of $7.00. We do not intend to ship aerosols in USPS ground service due to poor service and an increase in USPS rates. We will continue to offer free shipping for non-aerosol products in USPS Priority Mail service.
